Fathom Fan - Centurions Max Ray Assault Weapon System

Centurions Fathom Fan assault weapon system used by Max Ray with customized, painted scratchbuilt/toy and kit bashed parts.

The assault weapon system resembles a high-speed air boat or hydrofoil with missiles and a small laser in the chest. The two hydrofoil pontoons house sea-skimming missiles.

 

While it was seen in the Centurions TV cartoon series, Kenner Toys never included it in their dealer catalogs, and no artwork of the system (outside of its TV appearances) has ever surfaced. If a complete Fathom Fan prototype ever existed, to date it has never been seen in public; however, some individual parts and molds are known to be in the possession of private collectors.

 

As a big fan of Centurions, I did my best to custom made one.

Red One Bioman (レッドワン バイオマン) custom

My custom Red One Bioman (レッドワン バイオマン), partially sculpted and painted from a figure. Inspired by my desperation to have a bioman toy figure, which is impossible to find and acquire nowadays, in fact, I never seen one in my whole life. Hopefully I can create the whole bioman team of five, as the one now is not so perfectly done for the first time, and improve doing four more to go soon, because it takes time and patience to make so. :) oh yeah! \m/

Shirou Gou (郷 史朗 Gō Shirō) is Red1 (レッドワン Reddo Wan) of the Biomen. He is the pilot of the first Japanese space shuttle. At 24 years old, he is the oldest of the Biomen. His Bio Particles enable him to understand the speech of animals, which sometimes alerts him to Gear attacks. He is also the son of Shinichirou Gou who disguises as Professor Shibata who later aids him and his group.

Choudenshi Bioman (超電子バイオマン Chōdenshi Baioman, translated into English as Super Electronic Bioman) is the eighth Super Sentai series. Produced by Toei Company, it was aired on TV Asahi from February 4, 1984 to January 26, 1985, with a total of 51 episodes.

Facts:

The CFI of Iloilo authorized the payment to Atty Benjamin H. Tirol for professional services, charged to the estate of Julia Ynza. 

Jose Ynza objects to the said payment on the ground that Hugo P. Rodriguez, trustee of the estate of Julia Ynza, being a member of the bar*, did not need the assistance of Atty. Tirol, and that, at any rate, the latter had rendered legal services, not to the estate of Julia Ynza, but to the said Hugo Rodriguez in his individual capacity.

*Rule 85, Sec. 7:
“When the executors or administrator is an attorney, he shall not charge against the estate any professional fees for legal services rendered by him.”

Issue:

Whether or not, the objection of Jose Ynza to the payment to Atty Benjamin H. Tirol for professional services charged to the estate of Julia Ynza tenable?

Held:

NO. The objection is untenable.

Rodriguez was named trustee by reason of his qualifications, as an administrator of the estate of Julia Ynza, involved in 8 cases but not in his private capacity as a lawyer.

Atty. Tirol as counsel for Rodriguez in the said cases had rendered services for the benefit of the estate of Julia Ynza, which obtained a favorable decision in every one of the said cases.
